NH Independence Hoodie – Order Here

The weather in New Hampshire is getting colder, so warm up with the brand-new NH Independence hoodie! Thanks to freedom-loving artist TopLobsta, you can now get a special two-sided version of his “It’s not you, it’s me” hoodie, with “NHexit.US” on the back. It’s also available in t-shirt form.

Check it out and order yours online here. All proceeds go to TopLobsta, the creator of the design.

He also has some one-sided versions without the NHexit.US logo on the back, if you’d prefer that style. Though the clothes with the website URL make it clear to the viewer what they can do to learn more, so I’m grateful that TopLobsta added the site to the design.

So this fall, keep yourself warm, let your neighbors know you support peaceful NH Independence from the evil federal government and get some conversations started!

It's not you - it's me.

It’s not you – it’s me.

NH State Reps to File Constitutional Amendment to Declare Independence from U.S.

State Reps Mike Sylvia, Matt Santonastaso

State Reps Mike Sylvia & Matt Santonastaso

New Hampshire state representatives Mike Sylvia and Matt Santonastaso are teaming up to file a bill which, if passed, would put the following proposed constitutional amendment on the 2022 ballot:

“Are you in favor of amending the first part of the New Hampshire Constitution by inserting, after article 7, a new article to read as follows:

[Art.] 7-a. [Independent Nation.] New Hampshire declares itself as independent from the United States and peaceably, immediately proceeds as a sovereign nation. All other references to the United States in this constitution and state statutes and regulations are nullified.”

In order to get on the ballot, it must pass both the NH house and senate by over 60%. If it makes it to the ballot, then to pass it must receive over 2/3rds of the vote. If enough people vote for it, it will go into effect immediately and New Hampshire will be free again.

If you’d like to show your support, you can sign an online petition here and help in a variety of different ways.

NH Exit / Independence First Meeting with State Reps

Last week, NH state representatives Mike Sylvia and Matt Santonastaso met with several other activists to discuss how to proceed with a constitutional amendment for New Hampshire to leave the United States. This is the initial meeting held 2021-08-12:

Welcome to NH Exit!

Once upon a time, the people of New Hampshire declared independence from a tyrant in Britain.  It’s long past time to declare independence from the tyrants in Washington DC.  Our relationship is abusive and DC is the abuser.  It’s time to break up and go our own way.  The way of freedom.  Live free or die.  Death is not the worst of evils.

This website will enable you to help us make the vision of New Hampshire as an independent nation a reality.

We’re just starting with the website, so please check back for tools you can use to spread the word and express yourself to the media, your neighbors, and NH reps and senators on this issue.
